When I view images on my monitor (Dell 2001FP) they seem fine but apparently I'm missing something. The example below I feel is the sharpest of 3 I had rejected for "soft" recently. Do you think its genearlly soft or just specific areas?

Hello Charles.

I would say that generally the photo is soft. But I do think this is more so at the front of the plane than the rear. The tail area doesn't look too bad, but the forward fuselage generally does look soft. This might indicate that there is some very slight motion blur inherent in the original (which could be caused by you panning to track the aircraft and your chosen focusing point).

All the best.
