Hello,

I only just got this shot rejected due to dirt. I recall editing the original shot as I found a high amount of dust spots above the aircraft, but I am unable to find any dirt on this one;

Could anyone be kind enough and tell me where the dirt is?

I am surprised the shot did not get rejected by the high amount of heat haze, but why should I complain? Big grin

Cheers

Above the vertical stabilizer there is a rather large dark spot in the sky. I have seen spots like this on my camera that look like tiny hairs on the sensor or mirror, but they have never shown up in a photo before. If it is a really dark spot of cloud then appeal, but it does look like something is not natural there.

Go easy on Neat Image too - it's had a less than desirable effect on the grass (something I've been guilty of in the past!)

Lucca

That is one MEGA dust particle.

Get hold of a Speckgrabber and open the camera up. That will fix it.

 Wow! LOL! I better get my eyes tested before thinking about my camera.
