I need help rducing the noise/grain from these pics. I really want to salvage them and was looking for some advice. So what's the way to go.

Big version: Width: 1007 Height: 672 File size: 510kb
Big version: Width: 1024 Height: 591 File size: 505kb

Softness is a problem too, and the color seems a little off->slightly yellow.

The top one has a slightly dark band on the right side, most evident in the sky. Quite easy to crop out (though not helping the composition) but it looks like a sticking shutter to me.
Neat Image could be used to soften the grain, but be very careful with it, no more than about 10%
A trial version can be downloaded from Neatimage.com
As Tim says, there is a yellow cast and they are soft.
