Maybe if you post the original some of us could have a go and see if it is salvageable, but as it stands now the quality is not there.

It's lacking quality for here, plus the winglet is way over exposed. Keep for personal collection.

I think they were kind with just those two, though quality encompases a lot. I don't think you can save such a poorly exposed shot. The sky kills it, as does the grain.
