They would both get a centre rejection. Its a bit hard to tell quality wise. It would be better if you uploaded a higher resolution of them.

I suppose they are analog shots?
In that case if they are not like at least 7 years old and/or of a really rare nature they'll not get accepted due to quality, no matter if they are centered or not...

In their current state no, none would get a chance. One is too high in the frame, the other is too low. The scans (if they are scanned) need to be done to a bit better quality.

Plus first one looks over exposed and the second one looks slightly out of focus.

They are scanned prints so I guess these are just ones for the personal collection.
