For some reason, I'm not getting emails telling me about accepted photos or rejected photos. Anyway, I found a rejected photo from earlier today, and the reasons were "level" (which I understand) and "personal".

I couldn't find "personal" listed in the a.net discussion of reasons for rejections. I've seen it before and thought it meant like showing someone's face or the like. This shot shows no people.

Can anyone help?

You will have a Personal message from the screener at the bottom of the rejection email.

The personal message would probably say that this photo needs CW rotation. To me it looks like in needs some CW at least. I like the shot a lot though.

I had a similar rejection of two photos the other day and no e-mail.

Both at Keflavik on the 12th and both with PERSONAL as the only reason. So maybe the same reason for no e-mail, trouble with e-mails.
