I have that issue on my desk, I will endeavour to get my scanner working and send you a copy.
I looked it up in the hope that it was not your photo, not to deprive you of anything but because I have always admired this publications's standards.
It disappoints me if they have used your photo without permission.
A small consolation may be that they did credit you. (doesn't avoid the permission and compensation thing though)
The same issue has images from Andy Hunt and Craig Murray, wonder if they were asked?
