Cockpit Shot -- Thoughts?

Hi all,

First of all let me start by saying I know this shot isn't perfect. I couldn't help the reflection as I just couldn't remove the books/notes the captain placed on the dashboard.
Also, I'm not quite sure if its level.
But how does the image looks when you take those 2 things away for a moment?

I like it but it needs some ccw, and some parts of the panel are a bit soft.

Would the reflections in the window cause the photo to not be accepted here(if I fix the other things)?

I would personally not reject for it. In this case I feel it doesn't really destract from the shot as it might do in other cases.
