IMO - motiv and size.
You cropped out a window, and I haven't got shots like that accepted of little aircraft - I've tried. Size because the shot is 1024x644 pixels (1024x656 with the banner). Try 1024x683 or 1024x768 instead. That is, if it doesn't fall to the motiv "criteria".

Motive seems acceptable, although i'd crop the left side closer to the wing to eliminate that "random" little piece of aircraft sticking out. I'm not too sure about the person's face being so visible either.

A bit soft & dark (due to the high level of the sun) and will be nine time out of ten will be a motive rejection. Tried this crop a few times on GA a while back and only got a small percentage in the DB. So what with rejection rates etc etc i now avoid this motive.
Strange thing is the same crop seems to be far more succesfull for airliners than GA in my experience.
