A comment from the screener regarding this upload:
"HH656523JUN06.jpg 3 of us say too close, no wheels Chad? sorry"

 Wink

Yea, it is very close... Full frame, no cropping, no way to fix it without cutting the light on the port side off. Im not complaining about the rejection. I tend to rather be to close than to far away anyday.  Wink

To close?

Time for the English lessons again.  devil  duck

Nice photo, but the cropped fuselage and cropped tyres aren't very special IMO.

Hi Chad,

I love that shot! You can feel "action" just by looking at it!

Thanks Walter, thats why I went with this one rather than the standard 70-200mm range shot. Oh well.  Smile

Yeah, cool shot but I'll have to agree with the screeners here; I'd also like to see just a little more of the heli. I especially find the cut bottom part quite irritating.

Better luck next time!

Thierry

I do Royal, 3 in fact. Just trying somethin' a bit different.

Hmmm, Mexicali sounds cool, but, whatever happened to MMTJ?!?! I was already to go. I got ditched by the Royster.  Wink

remember how shitty the weather was that day? I wound up driving out into the desert. Way out, all the way to Eagle Mountain. Where I got busted for trespassing. From there it was the Salton Sea...

Anyways, I am trying to put together a group of people who want to get off the beaten path and try something different. I would be up for TIJ if others want to try it. I will have 3 days once I leave Vegas. A few people have already emailed me offline, if you want to get the shit kicked out of you by los federales and have a heartattack as you watch them try to take the film out of your $2,000 DSLR, drop me a note.

I have a lot going on in October. It will be my first full month at my new residence, so it might be tough. Might be able to do LAX though. Thanks for asking and if anything changes Ill let you know (obviously based on you having room for one more)

G'day Chad
Iknow what you mean mate.
At AMS sometimes the 500 was a little too big!!
But at least still gives distinctive shots.
Still love it mate.

Awesome shot Chad! I love those HH-65s.

Unfortunatly, the way the top and bottom are cut off is just a bit too awkward for A.net.

Chad, as much as I love your photos, I don't like this one. I think it's awkward.
