Aerial Videography In Ireland?

I'm wondering if I can hire someone to shoot a simple fly-over of a church in Co. Cavan, Ireland and how much would it cost? Basically need someone with an HDV camera to do one or two passes (I can provide the camera), probably in October.

Ideas?
