Can someone please point out why these photos were rejected?

Thanks,

To be honest you need to be getting very high quality results if you want to shoot KLM at AMS and expect to get stuff accepted, it's like shooting BA at LHR or HP at PHX, the standards are just much higher than for less common stuff.

Overall the quality is not fantastic (oversaturated colours, halos from sharpening) and... They are KLM planes at AMS. Just very, very, very common.

Agree with the above.

And Jimmi, if you resize the photos, un-uploaded, to 1000 pixels wide, you'll see that they're both NOA_size.

Try to have them between 683 pixels and 768 pixels high, when 1024 px. wide.

Aero,

I know your only trying to help but what is your obsession with size!?

16 of my 36 photos on Airliners.net have the 1024x680 crop, and those 16 are my newest photos accepted! I'm not going to change my crop size just for Airliners.net, sorry.

Jimmi,

The triple seven picture is only 656 pixels high, therefore not within the guidelines.

Jim.

If you resize both shots to 1000 pixels, which is A.net's limit, you'll see that the height is too little.
