Bad Contrast Or Are My Eyes That Bad?

I got 2 contrast rejections in less then 24h.... And this one makes me curious :

Can someone point me to the problem with the contrast please because I don't see a problem with the contrast. This being said it's probably my eyes who are bad  Wink

I hope to fix this picture since that one means a lot to me  Smile

Hi Chris, extreme lack of contrast due to the subject being backlit. The blue is also off, and the shot is unlevel, it needs CW rotation.

Is it any better ? I just saw some jaggies on the right wing and will re edit a picture. I'm just talking for the contrast and the level of the photo right now.
