AIRLINERS.NET CREW
HEAD SCREENER

Chris Haag, who is not a forum user, has brought to my attention this website where three of my images are being used commercially without my permission. There are about 100 images from here with over 40 photographers affected.
I would recommend that you have a look and send them a bill. It is believed that some images are likely to be used in the programme too so, could anyone going to Grenchen at the weekend have a look please. The airport

To quote Chris....
Since the Organising Team / Airport Director do not seem to even understand the basics of the 'Rules of the Game' for making use of A.Net pictures, I recommend you protest in a polite, but strong manner about the misuse of so many images for a commercial purpose.

Mick contacted me that there's a photo that I took there....

I can't however see the photos on the link Mick sent me and is here - could anyone tell me where on the site to find the pictures?

Regards,
Aero145

EDIT: Found participants.

I sent them an email advising them to remove my photo.

The photo has been removed.

I sent them a mail too as one of my pics is also in there. Well, they seem to have removed the page with all the pictures. I've asked for removal of the image and a financial compensation. Got an answer yesterday from the president of the organisation, and he told me he'll talk to it with the responsible.

Let's see what happens now...

Quoting PipoA380 (Reply 7):
Well, they seem to have removed the page with all the pictures.

Actually they have only removed the link to the page from the navigation menu. The page itself is still online: http://www.airshow06.ch/airshow_06_de/teilnehmer/index.asp

Feel the power of the B747SP!

I still have no news regarding this. I got an answer telling me they'll be looking into the case. So I'l still waiting. Anyone has news? And how about the brochure they handed out at the show, does it contain a.net stolen pictures?

Regards
Philippe
