I have this one in the queue right now, a little different motive and I'm curious on opinions.

Over sharpened?

Thanks;

M.

Hey Mark,

Nice shot.

Maybe a little too sharp, maybe a bit less USM next time around.

If the original allows, I would include all the prop. Just looks a faint bit weird having that top blade missing.

Other than that, a really nice shot.

Hello Mark.

I do think there are elements of oversharpening in the shot. I am looking specifically at the edges of some of those teeth and the mouth and also the sliding cockpit window is jagged. Might be a problem there, as the screener may think you could erase those. Also, above and to the left of the nose, and off to the right, there are bits of 'dirt' on the sky - it will get dirty for those so I would pull the shot and clone those out for definite. At least, I would assume that will be a problem - I guess they are bits of grass blown up from the prop, so you could say they are part of the scene. But they don't add to the shot in my opinion.

Also the legs of the people behind are a bit distracting. But of course no amount of editing can do anything about that.

I hope you are enjoying your new role.

Take care.

Paul

Hi Mark, just to add to Paul's comments the whole shot appears to be leaning to the right - maybe a touch of CCW rotation?
