The Tripod websites are owned by the Lycos Network which are owned and produced by Lycos, Inc.
Here's some info from their Terms and Conditions for anybody using their services. I'd suggest you contact the Lycos people and notify them that you work is being stolen and used on their hosted websites and that you want it removed. I especially like that the IDIOT who is stealing your work has his own copyright message directly below your image, which still has the A.net copyright bar on it.
While you might not get payment, at least you have a reasonable chance of having the usage stopped.
Failing that, at the bottom is the name and address of Lycos's General Counsil (lawyers) and perhaps a strongly worded request to them might engender some action on the part of Lycos.
Here is what is says on the Lycos Terms and Conditions about copyright infringement.
CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
If you believe that your work has been copied in any way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide the Lycos copyright agent with a notification containing the following information:
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and the URL and other information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Lycos's agent for notice of claims of copyright infringement is
100 Fifth Avenue
Waltham, Massachusetts 02451
Telephone: (781) 370-2700
Fax: (781) 370-2990
Email address: email@example.com
It is the policy of Lycos, in appropriate circumstances, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who engage in repeated copyright infringement.

Thanks to the very nice and knowledgable a.netters like Tommy M, Javibi and Photopilot, the guy has taken the photo off and replaced it with an ugly photo
This guy is cheap. I offered him a very reasonable price to keep it up there....
Good wins over evil
