Anybody Using A 180mm Prime Lens?

I'm considering dropping my 70-300mm telephoto lens for a new
180mm prime lens this month.

Most of the 'planes at my local airport will fall nicely into the 180mm
range quite easily.

Is anyone using the
Sigma 180mm F3.5 EX DG
or
Tamron AF 180mm f3.5 Di 1:1 Macro

Experiences grateful.

Gerry
