Some Specific Spotting Questions About SFO

Two things.. First, has anyone spotted on top of of the short term parking lot at SFO. Its the garage in the center between all the terminals. Can you post some shots from there? Also, if it is possible, what are some good traffic periods when you can catch some international heavies?

One more question.. How is the BART station for spotting? Is there room on the platforms to just stand there and spot? Any obstructions in view etc..
Also, if any of you have spotted there, please post some shots from there.
