First of all, great shot. Now, IMO, you should fill everything out as "various", except the operator/airline/whatever-they-call-this-field which should be United States - Air Force. Even though the Mustang is privately owned, but whatever. Put "USAF Heritage Flight" in the comments.
The types are as follows: P-51D Mustang, F-22A Raptor (from the 412th TW), F-15E Strike Eagle (4th FW), and A-10A Thunderbolt II.

I looks to me like the F-22 is lead, the P-51 is in the right echalon (#3) position.
