Good afternoon all,

Does anyone know what the value of my 350D (badged Rebel XT) would be? Its 18 months old, excellent condition, silver.

Just want to know what I'd get for it.

Oh and it would be for sale if someone was interested. PM me.

Regards

Number of shutters is important too.

Georg,

How can I find the number of shutter actions? I would say, its below average over the 18 month period.

All you have to do is look at the file name of your last image. If you have exceeded 10,000 shutter actuations, the folder names will go from 1xxCANON to 2xxCANON. In that case, it will be 10,000 plus whatever the file name is. Hope that helps.

Thanks for that. I'm at work at the minute but from memory I think its around 5/6000 shutter actions which like I said is low.

Thanks again

That would be low, but you can also set different filenames so the above mentioned method isn't working.

About $350-$425 on Ebay. I have an account and can search auctions that have ended. Depends on actual condition. Whether or not you have the box and accessories can also affect the resale value.

About the same age as mine. If you have the box and instructions and everything I'd expect it to be worth about £300.
