I would echo the note of congratulations - I am one of those who is very keen to see the length of the queue come down.

When I read your remark Martin I recalled some time around Christmas '04 - not long after I joined - when I had a photo accepted within two minutes of uploading it. No exaggeration! Now maybe that was almost too fast, as there are benefits in having some time for reflection when you have stuff in the queue. But around that time the queue was basically non-existent - briefly  wink .

Cheers.

Paul

Up to 14-15 thousand before the new queue limits were imposed... about 2 week screening time...  Sad

But yes, now is much better! Thanks so much guys! And on top of the queue being wayyy low, my acceptance ratio has also gone up to 50% for the first time in months... so again, thanks!  Smile

Hello Colin.

No, your summer looks bad! Too high sun, too much heat haze.  stirthepot

No heat haze on your photos though, but the high sun is killing my photographing here in the high summer.

Nah, I guess I have to say nevermind about that, there is no sun June-August, but we get enough of.... uhh, WATER!  Sad
