But iam sad about the fact thats know impossible to catch NYC2000 in FRA. It was hard enough whilest she comes to FRA, mowaday i have to travel to Manchester or CDG for her....damed.

We have a Delta 777 summer schedule to Atlanta from Dublin - it was our first and only 777 schedule. Its moving back to a 767 for the winter. Have yet to catch the Winter Olympics jet

I would change anytime our B772 (MH and AA) with some A340, of which we don't have none anymore, after CX left ZRH and SriLankan lsot some of its A343.

FRA still have UA,SV,KU EK B777 so no reason to be sad.

I would be more sad if FRA would lost the USA A330

There you're right. Send me your AA/MH 777 for our SriLankan A340. Would that be a great deal?

Where is your info from? Both Amadeus CRS and CO's website still show a 777.

I think it's really more dramatic for DUS-EWR which CO stopped altogether and LH is rumored to pull out too.

Staffan,

It seems that you're also waiting to see some 777's at BRU.

However, when I returned from FRA on July 10th 2001, and when I was on my way to the parking lot S7, I saw a B777 taking off. If I'm not mistaking, I think it was a Malaysian B777.

Anyhow, this is not a scheduled service I think, so maybe some other company hired the aircraft for just one single flight or so...

Ivan, it would have been cool to see that!

I wonder who will be the first to fly scheduled flights to BRU with 777...

Staffan,

I don't think we'll see North-American B777's here at BRU. All North-American operators use B767's or even B757 (CO), and I think they'll stick to these aircraft for quite a while.

I think we'll have to wait untill some Asian or Australian airline starts a scheduled B777 service to BRU.

Anybody has suggestions?

Ivan

Ivi, that's why I doubted the original report, for which we yet don't have a source.

There was also mentioned that GA will use the 742 between the 3rd and October the 10th and it was true! I was sooooo lucky to see it yesterday Big grin
