Hi Guys,
Just got a pair of long emails from the screeners about these two shots, and I'm a little confused as to what (if anything) I can do to salvage them.

1st one, did you tick window view?
2nd one, no need to appeal. The shot suffers from quality issues, plus the catering vehicle right in the middle of the shot sticks out like a sore thumb! Also the railing in the bottom right is distracting and to add further fuel to the fire, the aircraft in the foreground are all pretty close to being backlit and this is causing slight grain on the closest aircraft.

Quoting Futterman (Thread starter): Rejected for Info - Is "In Flight" not specific enough? I've always found it weird how you have to specify which state you're flying over. How am I supposed to know?
What was the flight origin (___-IND)? You can estimate the state you were flying over if you remember when you took the photo. I don´t think that writing just USA will solve the problem, since the DB has the state attached to each 'USA' entry. Don´t forget to click on 'Window view' category too. I believe the pic has a good chance of making it.
As for the second one I think the motiv problem is that nothing specific is shown. I don´t believe it would have made it even without the catering truck. The Song 757 is cut in a very strange way, and all the other tails are too grouped to the right, leaving a feeling of unbalance to me. I think it would have been nicer if either the Song 757 was shown entirely or if just the tail was in the frame. A group of tails would be more appealing, like on the Manchester shots, or some of the Schiphol shots.
Perhaps you can arrange a new crop and sort these issues out. Good luck with them!
Cheers!
