The reason for the motive, I believe, are the grounds shown before the fence. It´s like if the Terminal is shown as something that 'can be seen' in the background instead of being the main subject of the picture.

A pillow factory ?!? A part from the fact that's it's not about "what it looks like" (really that's more personal tastes...), but rather what it is...Well, really this is the airside of the main terminal, yes, and is still undergoing some works. Cannot understand why should not it be "aviation related"...
Have thoughts about all green nets still on the front of it....

The building is not looking like your cliche airport terminal enough. That is really the reason why. This is only a side category at a.net, so the standards are different than for aircraft, which don't need to look like an aircraft.
Even if a terminal building looks unusual, rather than like a pillow factory, your photo will probably get rejeted, like this one.
