AIRLINERS.NET CREW PHOTO SCREENER
I am wondering if anyone reading this has a decent image of either B-18271 (was also B-161) and B-18272 (was also B-162). Both frames are China Airlines 747-400s.
If so, please contact me offline (info is in my profile) and we can discuss terms.

rather than contact random photogs I wanted to give people who read the forum a chance to respond.
Last time I needed an image I contacted something like 15 photogs and only heard back from 2.
Your statement is factually incorrect as the images were clearly not randomly selected. Furthermore I think Royal was intending that the photographer would be rewarded with 100% of the proceeds from the sale, not a mere 50% which apparently is all some "random" photographers receive.

You'd sell your mother just to see ATI not making a sale, right?

And according to another thread the photog doesn't even get his name credited...

I couldn't care less whether ATI sells an image or not, as what you lot do makes no difference at all to my life.
However, if your group are prepared to abuse this forum for advertising your wares, then I think it would be reasonable to expect an airliners.net advertisement running free of charge on your website too. Sounds like a fair deal?

I have no intention of igniting a flame war, but was wondering,TZ, what, if anything you have against ATI.

My discomfort with this thread is explained in full above.
Just as this is not the place for promotion of alternative aviation-photography websites, it is also not the place for political debate about such sites.

Quoting INNflight (Reply 15): Surely Royal and his editor would appreciate if you could contribute all your friends' China Airlines photos, just as Peter did.
Yes we have Florian, thank you. Since we are professional we are conducting business in private, in accordance with the spirit of this forum and in compliance with the request of the thread starter (the word "offline" was quite clear):
