Hi,
I'm far from figuring out how to use my new Nikon D50, however, I took a photo of a 737 which I really like. What's special about it? Well, I don't see too many pics at YYC taken from the air, so I had a chance to snap it while my friend flew the plane over Charlie Taxiway.
I know it's not centered, but I can crop it, what do you think I need to do with it? or does it have a chance in hell of making it to A.net?

Thank you so much Flugnord. What software did you use to edit it? I don't have any yet, but I plan to buy one. Meanwhile, I have to start plugging away, trying to learn this camera.

Quoting Bruce (Reply 8): How did you take that picture? Flying over the runway in a Cessna?
Bruce
I was doing a cross country from Saskatoon to Calgary. My friend Andrew from the right seat took control and landed the Diamond Star while I took photos. We were landing on runway 16 at YYC.
In case anyone asks why I let people fly the plane for me, well this guy used to be my flight instructor and he's fully qualified to do it

Nice picture Vio.
The 737-600 sure looks nice from the air.
Unfortunetly it does have some flaws which would make addition to this site hard or impossible. Sucks that the weather was cloudy that time you shot it.
I say you should keep it for your collection or upload to one of the other sites.
Any pictures during the X-Country flight?
