Checked for NOA_motiv, to me I think the motive is obvious but before I waste an appeal, I'd appreciate outside opinions.

Too much empty sky, too little cockpit ==> motive! (and the dirty window does not help, either!)
I would let it go, but if you feel for it just by all means appeal it, the worst that can happen is another rejection!

Nice shot, just a little too close to the instruments. Its given it a squashed look if you know what I mean, and left you with too much sky and too little of the cockpit.
