Who To Contact At IAD Re Spotting

I have read in other posts and in magazine articles that if one wants to photo planes at IAD the ought to notify either the security office or airport ops. Which one do you call and is therre anyone inparticular to ask for? I plan on going to the day parking deck and the Smithsonian lot in March?? Also does anyone have the phone numbers for contact person
