I was editing this and best i could do without cutting the boat in half was this but i feel the crop looks badly uneven and unsure whether screeners will find it acceptable by their standards.

show us a closer crop please. It might look ok with the bottom portion of the boat cut out.

I know i could easily crop it and have no problems by cutting halfway through the boat and my personal view is that it would look abit weird and something i dont want to do but if this crop doesnt work than its one for the personal collection only....

Thanks.

Boat seems fine to me. I'm more concerned about the fence. Plenty of shots from that location with boats in it currently in the DB.

Fence i dont see as a problem as their are plenty taken from similar location with fence in it,just the crop which concerns me,centre/deadspace in particular.

Cheers.

I think your biggest problem would be distance... Crop needs to be tighter.

That's easy, change ratio from 3:2 towards 4:3.

That photo looks awfully greenish on my monitor. Is anyone else seeing a cast?
