what is the number besides the registration numbers (Cn), i did not include it one of my photo uploads and it was rejected. just want to know what it is? Thanks

The cn is the construction number.

most likely you deleted it, as it would have been part of the 'auto complete function.

We don't reject for lack of a c/n number for a new reg, only if someone deletes it from the auto complete
