Wanted to offer a word of congratulations to Mick Bajcar, who has just achieved his 5,000 picture at Airliners.net
What is even more amazing than this milestone is that Mick still finds time to help many people, especially with older photos, and has screened almost 25,000 pictures in the short time he has been a member of the screening team.

I would like to add many congratulations to Uncle Mick. This is a real achievement, from a real enthusiast of decades standing.
I believe that Mick's portfolio - particularly of those older images - is a really valuable addition to the site. I also know how hard he works in the screening team and I, for one, very much value his preparedness to remain active within the Forum to offer advice, explanation and critical help to members here. Long may that continue.
It is always a pleasure to meet you at Manchester and chat about past and future adventures.
Keep up the good work Mick and I'm sure we all look forward to viewing many more of your new and old images in the future.
