Hi all

Anyone who is interested in flight simulation might have noticed the new Lockheed L1011 TriStar add on.

For information, it is one of my shots on the front of the box!!!

The company contacted me through Airliners and to cut a long story short I granted them permission to use the shot in return for a free copy of the software.

For all you budding photographers who think they have problems with their shots...........keep on trying

The shot of the Cathay L1011 on this site was not one of my best scanned (Uploaded a few years ago before my new scanner) but on re-scanning it turned out great.

Just keep shooting!

P.S.......I may be one of the Airliners team but I also get shots with warnings

Hi Colin

Yes, I find it great.

The aircraft fly good and the liveries nice, particularly the BWIA in the new colours.

If you buy the new Airlife's book about the A310 you'll see two pictures of mine.

Hi

It's a shot of a Cathay Pacific L1011 landing Kai Tak with Lion Rock just under the tail.
