Some of you may be aware Fujifilm recently released the S5 to market. Priced in the vicinity of US$1900, the S5 is basically a D200 with Fuji's own 12.2 MP (6.1 + 6.1) sensor. Portrait and wedding photogs are mostly singing the S5's praises for accurate skin tones, but I don't shoot people. Unless those people happen to be standing next to an airplane. Even then, skin tones aren't a priority for me. Just when I thought I'd decided on a replacement for my D70, Fuji releases the S5.
If anyone picked one up, how is it for aviation photography? Is it worth the extra scratch for the additional 2 MP over the D80 or D200?
