Number two is definitely better and more interesting to look at, however you might want to rotate the photo, so that the cathedral is level.

Not as they are. As Florian says, the second one needs some rotation. On my monitor it also looks blurry around the registration and the background has a 'milky' look to it. It needs some contrast/brightness adjustment.

You haven't uploaded the pic I posted have you? Every time you upload a photo the site automatically puts a black copyright bar at the bottom of the pic. So if you upload the one I posted, another bar will be added and it will overlap the one already on.
