Hi all,

i´ve got a problem with Lightroom here. I bought it a week ago, soon before the demo expired. Strange thing was that i had to enter the serial number each time i opened it.

Now the demo period is over, i´m asked to enter my details and serial and then the window simply closes without anything happening.

Did someone experience the same problem?

Am i just to stupid?

Hi Denis!

I don't know Lightroom but it all sounds like you got a demo/full version mixup. If you have the demo still installed when getting the full version the registry (with the expiry date) of the demo version is still active and the software might then not recognize the full version.
Try to completely un-install both and then only install the full version.

that´s what i thought, too. Removed everything i could find, but missed a folder in the the library....
Just found that one and deleted it.

...So i was stupid...

Running perfectly now, anyway,
