Does This Panning Shot Have The Quality For A.net?

Hi!

I need another opinion of you guys! Since I am trying out with panning shots at the moment and don't really have enough experience with them..
Do you think this one has the quality to make it in the db?

it was taken during takeoff with 1/60s shutter speed...
every opinion is welcome!

nice attempt, but it is overexposed, soft and the colors look wrong too.
Sorry but I don't think it can be made acceptable..

Was very unsure with this one, I had a feeling that something was wrong, but I couldn't say what it was...
