Today when I was taking the jetway off KL803, PH-BQF, I saw a large sign on the cockpit window: AIRLINERS.NET

Pity it was obscured by the jetway first as I would have asked the crew when I was delivering the flight documents to the aircraft just before departure.

So who's the crewmember who's an a.net enthusiast I wonder? There were 4 guys in the cockpit. They didn't notice my airliners.net keycord when they reported at my counter at gate E07 earlier though.

And which of you was lined up at 36L, Polderbaan to shoot the aircraft? I'll be on the lookout for the pictures to be posted then!

Ho Lamedianaranja,

Nice to see that also flight crew is on airliners.net.

If i'm correct you are not able to get to that spot anymore, IIRC there is a fence placed a while ago (you could climb over the fence about 4 feet high).

You can still line yourself up along most of that runway... you just can't go to the 36L end where the heavies line up.

Correct, already have seen people doing it at that location.
It's a shame, that this fantastic location (line up) is gone.

Did you tell them off? Did you call the cops?

Wonderful...we have people parking their cars on the bicycle path, cutting holes in fences, climbing fences, what's next? If this continues like this, AMS will end up completely fenced up and we can kiss our spotter friendly airport goodbye. Some people... Unbelievable...

Still, nobody saw/shot this particular a/c yesterday? There must have been someone 'in the know'.

Maybe I'll just have to wait and see if it shows up in the database then. Or if any of the crewmembers read this?!?! pls explain!
