The Photostats page, where everybody can see, how many pics are waiting to be processed, says the following:
"There are a total of (...) photos waiting to be processed on the upload page. Of those, (...) are yours. (...) photos and (...) photographers are currently before you in the queue (the number of photos may increase, not the number of photographers)."
In fact, last weekend I was photographer nr. 244 on the list, yesterday, after having uploaded 2 more pics, I was nr. 245. Today I am nr. 246.
Another question: last weekend I uploaded 10 pics. This was stated correctly in the above mentioned message. Yesterday I uploaded 2 more. Makes 12, right? Well, now I have only 11 in the list. None of the pics has been accepted or rejected so far.
What's happening?

Seriously: Good idea, thanks! I'll check the upload directory as soon as I get back to my PC (who remembers the file names ....).

When looking for your uploaded shots you need to remember that the upload scripts are clever enough to assign new file names if your upload conflicts with a file already there...so even if you can't find your uploaded file by the name you gave it, it doesn't mean it isn't there.

I had (have) the same problem with the stats page showing less photos than I uploaded - there are three less photos showing up on the stats page. The last time that happened the number discrepancy was 5. I re-uploaded the photos recently once again.
Checking the upload directory (.../addphotos/big/xyz.jpg) shows that all my photos are there - but the number's not reflected in the stats page.
Whenever I upload pics now I check the stats page right away to see if the photo went through or not....

Yup, as of yesterday (not checked today) I had one pic jammed in the queue despite a number of more recent pics being accepted. When I checked my stats, 0 in the queue, but when I checked my file name, low and behold there it was (is?).

Well, that's funny: I checked the upload directory and found all 12 pics I uploaded. The photostats page still shows 11.
I mean, if all 12 get uploaded, I don't have any problem with this

Hzafa, usually to the left of the road going up towards the watertower from the beginning of rwy 25L, just as the trees start there is a small track going out into the fields, that's where I take most of my photos. Sometimes I go behind the prison too.
