I'll try to do my best to be at CDG when she takes off to JFK (flight AF002 - stand Alpha 12 - scheduled at 1030am).
If my shots aren't too bad and Screeners not to critical Big grin, you should be able to view the photos on the same day !

lol, i think most people would rather be at the takeoff, rather than the landing. Nice to see you guys still think of others  Big grin.

Unfortunetely, if i am correct it is a Thursday and so i will be unable to see it, although it will fly over my house so if i know the times i can see it cruising over.

Hi all

Bet's on who will have his SSC shot uploaded to Airliners first:

Paul Dopson, Chris Sheldon or Jason Taperell ??

I would go for Paul or Jason because they are both local. But Chris might decide to stay over at LHR the night before. Jason might go sick and Paul may sleep in.

Probably be in the hands of God.....ie Johan and he will upload together  Smile

As far as I can tell, Concorde starts off daily as per Sukhoi's spot-on posting. In January they should ramp up to double daily (BA3 / 4) as before July 2000, however omitting Saturday as they used to do during the UK holidays (July / August?)

It was 20 minutes late but I think made up the time. Also I think they had a staff load but normal check-in in T4 to check procedures. This confused me no end as I was expecting it to appear from maintenance base at the aircraft crossing on the Eastern Road.

Also we had a lot of fog so it should have gone from 27L but they were using that for landing due to reduced visibility.

By the way I have seen some advance info for Heathrow / Gatwick winter schedules. (Dated mid August). It may be out of date now so I haven't posted the highlights but will do so on request here. No emails please. I haven't spotted anything spectacular. Tyro flights continue weekend OS (lunchtimes) and OA switch one A300 back to B734 for those who haven't seen the fleet yet (blush). UA 744 now two per day instead of 4. This is because the Round the World now goes JFK - DEL direct and was announced before Sep 11. Also useful if needing some (even deeper blush)

Steve

I had assumed any picture I submitted would be rejected as a duplicate since Concorde has been photographed to death.

I might pop down and take a couple of frames for 'fun' though  Big grin
