Your A320 seems level to me. There are no reliable vertical references, but by checking on some small references I´d say it´s pretty level. If any rotation should be applied, I´d say give it a 0.1 CW rotation.
What, in my opinion, can be confusing is that the airplane is pitching up and also that the amount of elements on the left areas of the background make a contrast with the quite empty green areas to the right.
Appart from this, I´m afraid your pic is a bit dark. You might want to brighten it up a little before uploading.
The other shot: I like the motive, it´s pretty nice. I would have liked a little more breathing space up and down maybe. How did you level this shot? There are no clear vertical references, but the aircraft is tilting a bit to the left, and that might affect your chances I believe. If you gave a bit CW to it I guess it would be better.
Also, be careful because some areas might be a bit overexposed.
