I've seen specific close up shots of various things on the Database before (Engines come to mind mainly), and I am curious as to what people think of this landing gear shot, and if it can make it onto Airliners.net. Its only been given minor edits, so I can rework it that could help.

All three would get canned for motive, they're all very odd crops, parts of airplanes missing, etc.

Agreed, what are you trying to show here. have a look through the DB for landing gear shots, and then compare them to yours. You will notice a big difference. If you are going to shoot landing gear then select that in your frame rather than trying to crop it from a bigger picture.

Take care

As said above all would get the motive boot for the odd crops

I.E.
#1 half of the gear is blocked by the engine

#2 half of the wing is in the frame

#3 the engine has been cropped out

Hope this helps and keep trying

Agree with everyone else here.

1. Not really showing anything. Odd crop, wheels cut off, engine blocking it.

2. Not much to see, equipment below the plane distracts you a little.

3. Cut off gear, cut off top of the fuselage, cut off engine. Again, not really showing anything
