Hey guys.
I had the unfortunate opportunity of going to a Mets game last night (I'm a Yankee fan, but my mom's godson is here and wanted to see baseball, and the Yanks are out of town). I decided to bring my camera since NL baseball's boring enough that I could try and spot the flights leaving LGA from runway 13.
I got quite a few shots, but the light wasn't great. So I went into Photoshop and played with the levels quite a bit, to get them less grainy. I was at ISO100 the whole day, so I don't know why they're so grainy, but I did what I could with them.
What do you guys think?
Also, I edited these shots from ABE of this private jet I saw a few months back. I realize the first one looks unlevel, but I leveled it according to the tower in the background. And, also, the taxiway is naturally sloped like this. I'm not sure about the quality, and they also look like they might be a little soft on my other screen, so I'm not sure. Sharpening them any more brings out some grain and would make them unacceptable for this site.
Thanks, everyone!
TIS
Edited: Also, if anyone can find the registrations of the LGA aircraft, I'd really appreciate it. I know there's not much to go on, but I do have the times they were taken if that could be important. The AirTran one was at 8:12, the American Airlines was at 8:07, and the Delta 737 was at 7:22. Thanks!

Hi,
your first three shots are definitely too dark and the quality just isn't there, sorry.
The bizjet is also too dark for my taste and both pictures have a blueish colorcast.
They are too soft and both of low quality.
Sorry, none of them will make it.

Quoting Ilikeflight (Reply 3): the quality needed is just not in your pics but keep trying you will get better with practice
Thanks.
These were long shots to begin with. I've been on a roll lately with acceptances, so I figured I might as well edit bad ones to see if my editing skills had gotten better. Obviously I started with bad quality shots, but, you're right, with some more practice I'll keep improving. That's my goal, after all.
