I got the 70-200 f/4L until I could afford the 100-400LIS. Both perform wonderfully, but go for the 100-400 now if you have the money.
Thanks for the Replies but for now I Can´t get the 100-400IS, maybe later I will buy this lens, and I think Because of your Commets that I will get the 70-200 f4

Hey Javier, I thing I will buy the Camera via Amazon.com that offer the Camera in 740$ with the 18-55mm lens and the 70-200mm F4 that cost around 540$, I can´t find a Cheap price so I will buy via internet and I pick up in the States, Hope that´s helps. Best regards!!!

Also, if you think you might need a little more focal length than 200mm, you should look into Canon's 1.4x extender. I initially used that with my 70-200 before purchasing the 100-400. Good luck with the purchase!
