Just for fun, post the dirtiest, most poorly painted plane you have photographed. Here's mine. Pity it was overcast, I'm sure in the sunlight this plane would have caused stomachs to turn a mile around.

guess they didn't care to wash this bird before they retired her....too bad...i wish i could've flown on a DL L10...just once...

hey what about the cleanest planes??? i would have to say the cleanest i've photographed was an AZ 742 at JFK..and lots of AA & DL (new colors) a/c...

Andrew, It seems that everytime I see a CX A330 it is always filthy. Although not as filthy as the one you uploaded. Does CX like having dirty buses?

Not dirty, but poorly painted. The color does not seem to be suitable, otherwise it would not flake off like that.

Take a look at the rear fuselage, you can see the paint coming off there. A friend which is working at VIE told me later that the plane had some kind of leak and therefore the colour wenbt off on this side. The other side looked fine.

Here is my contribution to the dirty planes group. This DL757 needs a wash job, bad. It must use 1-2% more fuel from added weight and drag.

Yup, nearly all Fokkers can get dirty in some way, and i always record that in the family albums the Britannia 732's were dirty around the rear of the cabin (on the outside  Big grin) from the engines.
