Hi Malc

This seems to be a very subjective area. I had a photo of the Principe de Asturias, taken from the Upper Barracca, accepted, but a similar photo of the Illustrious when it had visited back in 2005 was not accepted. In the meantime Jetphotos accepted the Illustrious shot but not my Principe de Asturias photo. Go figure. Still, you should definitely try your luck. After all aircraft carriers are floating air bases, and airport overviews do get accepted on a.net -- even though it ain't airports.net!

Hi Charles,

Although carrier shots are not in the Airport Overview category apparently? Just to save Malcolm a category rejection.

Hello Peter

You are right. I wasn't referring to the categories to be ticked: all I meant to say is that if airport views are accepted, logically the same should apply to aircraft carriers. But it's good to clarify.

Regards,
Charles
