It has been a while since I've been on here to ask advice (and given some recent rejections, maybe I should ask more often). I have a shot that I took at DCA last night, and, so far, all I've done in PS is Auto Levels, Sharpen, Auto Contrast, and Resize. Question is, is it good as is, or does it need some additional work?

Any constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

I don't think that there is any chance to get the picture in the database as the original seems to be very blurry.
Your edit could be cropped tighter to the rear. The image is soft around the cockpit and slightly oversharpened in some areas. Maybe a result of of an attempt to compensate the blurriness in the picture.
The colours look odd to me and there is some noise.
