Now I am wondering if the other shot would be ok, as it is taken over the other wing and is more a detail shot, while the other is showing also more of the scenery.
Plus the motiv is also a not so common event...
Would it be ok or would it would get rejection as a bad double, or Motiv or whatever...

Björn, acording to A.net's double rule ( http://planecatcher.com/IGRR/Double.htm ) stating that "For window views we accept 2 shots per flight and side of aircraft when they show considerable different motives. So in other words the maximum number of accepted window views of the same registration on the same flight all taken by you would be 4." double shouldn't be a problem if the screeners find that both motives differ enough from each other.
