The first one looks ok, maybe a touch low in the frame. The 2nd one seems a little soft to me and a little low in the frame.

The first one looks good, very slightly soft tin the shadow areas. The second one is too dark, even for little light, but I'm sure you can correct this via levels adjustment. However, is it slightly blurry? Chad said it's soft, but I would tend to go for blurry...
