Hi guys & gals,

What software do you use to process your RAW images with?

I shoot with a Canon, and (obviously) save the images as RAW. TIFF processing I use Photoshop CS2.

I know of both PhaseOne's Capture One, and RawShooter Essentials.

Are there any others?

Hi Bryan,

I use RAW Shooters Essentials. I find it's got a really nice interface and easy to work with. I recommend that.

All the best

Capture one - expensive, but excellent.

I shoot with Nikon and process with CS2, saving to .jpg at the very end of processing I never have converted to .tiff. Is there not a plug-in you can download to open Canon RAW files in CS2 ? Camera RAW supports all Canons as far as I can see.

Lightroom 1.1 - its the same raw engine that's in CS3.

They all seem very good - guess it depends how they would fit into your workflow.
