Thought this was an interesting shot... but how do you think its chances are for A.net? If anyone wants to give it a go drop me a message.

I love it. I would like to see more of the tail though. That crop just seems a little off to me. Awesome pic tho.

As long as the number of take-offs equals the number of landings...you're doing fine.

That's iffy.

I'm not saying I don't like it (I love it), but it'll most likely end up in "Johan's Queue" and get accepted.

Good luck with it, you've created a really cool motive here.

I actually uploaded an identical shot (angle, at least) some time ago. It was rejected for motive.

Give it a try though. The quality looks a bit questionable, so I'd step down to 1024. Also, you should re-crop so that the aircraft is further left in the frame.

Thats what I was going to say only I thought it was more my dodgy laptop screen that I'm viewing on.

I don't know why shots like this get motive. The reflections on the aircraft of the sunrise/sunset keep the viewer's eyes on the aircraft so I would think its ok.

But that's me...

Oh yeah, it does need a rework with the aircraft in the centre.
